At Blendtec, we stand behind the quality of our blenders and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the product price.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for processing your return.
Pack Your Product
Securely place the blender and all included accessories in the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
